Abstract
⺠We mapped oxytocin-sensitive neurons in the mouse spinal cord. ⺠We used a Venus fluorescent protein-oxytocin receptor knock-in mouse. ⺠Venus-expressing neurons were most abundant in inner lamina II of the dorsal horn. ⺠About 5% of cholinergic autonomic preganglionic neurons were expressing Venus.
