Abstract
⺠CCL2 produces spinal hyperalgesia in mice. ⺠CCR2, AMPA and NMDA receptor antagonists inhibit it. ⺠Astroglia and microglia activation seems involved. ⺠IL-1ra partially avoids it. ⺠IL-1β hyperalgesia depends only on NMDA but not AMPA receptors.
