Abstract
⺠We examine the effect of tenuigenin on 6-OHDA-induced injury. ⺠Tenuigenin significantly promotes cell viability and reduces cell death. ⺠Mitochondrial membrane potential is protected by tenuigenin. ⺠Tenuigenin results in down-regulation of caspase-3. ⺠Tenuigenin provides neuroprotection to dopaminergic neurons.
