⺠APP production and secretion is stimulated by extracellular ATP. ⺠ATP-stimulated APP production and secretion involves purinergic receptors. ⺠P2Y receptors mediate ATP-stimulated expression and secretion of APP. ⺠ATP-stimulated expression and secretion of APP involve protein kinase signaling.
