Abstract
⺠The auditory MMN was used to address the heat effect on pre-attentive processing. ⺠The MMN was significantly decreased in heat group than that in control group. ⺠The passive heat exposure for 1 h could impair pre-attentive processing. ⺠The MMN is a good index to assess the cognitive function in hot environment.
