Abstract
⺠Brain-derived NO is monitored by a nanopore-based amperometric sensor in real time. ⺠NO level is measured during the NO sensor's vertical penetration in mouse brain. ⺠The measured NO level is differentiated depending on the mouse brain structure. ⺠NO level is well correlated with NOS distribution density by immunocytohistology.
