Abstract
⺠BK, cinnamaldehyde, menthol, capsaicin and acidified saline promotes nociception. ⺠Myricitrin inhibits the nociceptive behaviors. ⺠Algogenic agents activates their receptors to produce nociception due to the activation of PKC. ⺠Myricitrin promotes antinociceptive action by inhibiting the activation of nociceptors via PKC.
