Abstract
⺠Increased spinal EphB1/ephrinB1 in rat's bone cancer pain model. ⺠EphB1-Fc (I.T.) alleviate mechanical allodynia induced by bone cancer. ⺠EphB1-Fc (I.T.) inhibit increased gene expression of spinal inflammatory cytokines. ⺠EphB1 might regulate gene expression of spinal inflammatory cytokines in bone cancer.
