Abstract
ⶠPoly I:C is used to trigger immune challenge in mice. ⶠNaloxone is used to introduce withdrawal in morphine-dependent mice. ⶠPoly I:C has no effects on acute physical withdrawal symptoms. ⶠPoly I:C enhances depressive-like behavior in a tail suspension test. ⶠImmune challenge may contribute addiction relapse.
