Abstract
ⶠBAC and BMα3β4 cells express APC protein. ⶠAPC siRNA reduces APC protein levels. ⶠAPC siRNA reduces intracellular nAChRs without affecting total number of nAChRs. ⶠDe novo APC protein synthesis is important for maintenance of nAChRs distribution. ⶠAPC protein is involved in the maintenance of cellular distribution of α3β4 nAChRs.
