► Coordinated movements of the wrist and ankle are performed in a standing position. ► Plantarflexion results in the upward/downward movement in extrinsic/intrinsic space. ► The same directional movements in extrinsic space are more stable. ► Coordination stability depends on the movement direction in extrinsic space.
