Abstract

âº RNA-mediated mechanisms play a critical role in neurodegeneration. âº Toxic RNAs sequester RNA-binding proteins and trigger aberrant translation. âº Altered RNA-binding protein activity and distribution drive toxicity in ALS. âº Non-coding RNAs play novel roles in neurodegeneration.
