Abstract
Effects of inhibitors on the internalization of FITC-loaded nanoparticles in HEI-OC1 (left graph) and SVK-1 (right graph) cells. Data are given as mean ± standard deviations (n = 6). Stars indicate a statistically significant difference from the respective equivalent dose with âP â¤Â 0.05 and ââP â¤Â 0.01. Four groups of cells are studied including negative control and treated groups (100, 200 and 400 μg/ml), respectively.278
