Abstract
⺠Phytochemicals can be eco-innovative intervention strategies to prevent and control biofilms. ⺠Isothiocyanates inhibited growth, motility and altered the surface properties. ⺠Allylisothiocyanate and 2-phenylethylisothiocyanate are promising agents for biofilm control.
