Abstract
⺠Agar layer as carrier shows good characteristics for biocleaning technologies. ⺠Pseudomonas stutzeri cells efficiently remove nitrate salt efflorescence from wall paintings. ⺠This approach is specific and respectful to wall painting and environment. ⺠The microorganisms adopted are nonpathogenic and not spore forming.
