Abstract
- A novel recombinant plasmid pVAX1/SjscFv-IL18 was constructed.
- Mice vaccinated with it could increase Th1 cytokines and decrease Th2 cytokines.
- pVAX1/SjscFv-IL18 treatment enables lessening hepatic fibrosis.
- pVAX1/SjscFv-IL18 maintain high local concentration of IL-18 in liver.
