Abstract
												- Heligmosomoides polygyrus L3 are affected by marigold saponins.
- Calendula officinalis glucuronides changed L3 antigenic glycoprotein pattern.
- Affected larvae induce IL-6, TNF-α and IL-17A production.
- The glycoprotein pattern of L3 is critical for the outcome of anti-nematode response.
