Abstract
- We found 2000-malaria parasite-derived cDNA clones that have vaccine effect in mice.
- We divided them into several subsets and examined their vaccine effect.
- We finally selected combination of 104 clones.
- They strongly induced specific IgG production in mice.
- They also decreased the mortality rate in the early phase in mice.
