Abstract
- Nematode-endoparasitic fungi can parasitize Caenorhabditis elegans larva on agar plates.
- The parasitism was higher for Heterodera glycines second stage juveniles than for C. elegans larva.
- The first larva stage of C. elegans was more sensitive for fungal infection than other larva stages.
- The first larva stage was recommended for interaction study between fungi and nematodes.
