Abstract
⺠The excretory-secretory and tegument extracts of Dicrocoelium dendriticum adults were obtained. ⺠2-DE and MALDI-TOF/TOF techniques were used to identify the most abundant proteins. ⺠Immunoblot was carried out to identify 23 antigenic proteins from both extracts. ⺠The largest group of proteins was the metabolic enzymes.
