Abstract
⺠New MSP genes with and without introns were identified from Oesophagostomum dentatum and Oesophagostomum quadrispinulatum. ⺠The MSP sequences without introns were 381 bp in length, coding 126 amino acids. ⺠MSP gene sequences containing introns were more conserved than those without introns. ⺠Amino acid sequence identities among the MSP sequences containing introns were 96.0-100%.
