Abstract
⺠Involvement of IL-10 and IL-12B in host response to Eimeria tenella was proposed. ⺠Enhanced expression of IL-10 mRNA have been observed in the caecum and the liver. ⺠Lack of significant changes in IL-12B mRNA levels have been found. ⺠IL-10 mRNA levels are restored to normal after sulfachlorpyrazine treatment.
