Abstract
⺠Liposome's size plays a significant role in the type of generated immune response. ⺠A liposomal delivery system was developed to induce CMI against leishmaniasis. ⺠Immunization with large liposomes (⩾400 nm) showed the best protection. ⺠Small liposomes (â¼100 nm) induced the same protection rate as rgp63 in soluble form.
