Abstract
⺠Novel mutations were observed in both DHFR and DHPS of Plasmodium vivax. ⺠Presence of novel mutations in PvDHPS gene suggests its polymorphic nature. ⺠Frequency of PvDHFR-PvDHPS two locus mutations were higher among the severe isolates.
