Abstract
⺠Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is an important enzyme that hydrolyzes of acetylcholine. ⺠AChE is broadly distributed in many species, including parasites. ⺠In the present study we could demonstrate, by biochemistry technical, that the Trypanosoma evansi expresses the enzyme AChE.
