Abstract
⺠Medicinal plant extracts were evaluated against Leishmania donovani. ⺠In this study, we assessed 10 extracts on L. donovani promastigote viability. ⺠The extracts from Anisomeles malabarica and Ricinus communis were found effective. ⺠IC50 value of A. malabarica and R. communis showed 126 and 184 μg/mL.
