Abstract
⺠The L4 and adults of H. polygyrus are an inhibitor of ongoing EAE inflammation. ⺠The L4 can reverse EAE by reducing IL-12 production. ⺠During chronic phase of infection different mechanisms can be involved. ⺠Adults can reverse EAE by increase in regulatory immune networks. ⺠The regulatory mechanism results in inhibition of IL-17A production.
