Abstract
⺠Autoclaved Toxoplasma vaccine (ATV) was effective in triggering cell mediated immunity. ⺠ATV induced significant increase in the percentage of splenic CD8+ T-lymphocytes. ⺠Following RH challenge, death of vaccinated mice was delayed for nine days. ⺠The parasite density was significantly reduced in different organs.
