Abstract
⺠Leishmania donovani superoxide dismutase B1 (SODB1) is immunogenic in BALB/c mice. ⺠In the presence of CpG ODN or GLA-SE adjuvants, rSODB1 partially protects BALB/c mice against Leishmania major challenge. ⺠Recombinant SODB1 protein may represent potential vaccine candidate.
