Abstract
⺠Cryptosporidium parvum-infected mice showed weight loss, intestinal morbidity, and mortality. ⺠Mice treated with Punica granatum rapidly recovered from cryptosporidiosis. ⺠P. granatum treatments resulted in no adverse side effects. ⺠P. granatum is a promising efficient and safe treatment for cryptosporidiosis.
