Abstract
⺠This study analysed the genetic characteristics of Brazilian Toxoplasma gondii isolates. ⺠Eighteen isolates from Brazilian patients belonged to ToxoDB Genotype #65. ⺠Two other isolates were identified as ToxoDB Genotypes #6 and #71, respectively. ⺠Genotype #65 may have a high frequency in human toxoplasmosis in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
