Abstract
⺠Plasmodium yoelii ADA shows higher specificity for 2â²deoxyadenosine than adenosine. ⺠Histidine and thiol groups are involved in enzyme activity. ⺠EHNA competitively inhibits ADA activity with 0.5 μM Ki. ⺠Enzyme is a monomer of â¼41 kDa subunit. ⺠GdmCl induced ADA unfolding follows a biphasic path.
