Abstract
⺠The complete mt genome of Contracaecum rudolphii B was determined and compared with that of Anisakis simplex s.l. ⺠mt Gene order for C. rudolphii B and A. simplex s.l. is the same but different from other nematodes. ⺠Strong bias for A and T in the mt genome of C. rudolphii B was observed. ⺠mtDNA sequences provide novel markers for studying the population genetics of C. rudolphii B.
