Abstract
⺠The reactivity of five antigen B subunits of echinococcus was analyzed. ⺠Orthologous AgB subunits showed no statistical difference in detecting CE and AE sera. ⺠Subunit EgAgB1, EgAgB2 and EgAgB4 were the main reactive subunit in sera detection. ⺠The predominant antibody response to AgB subunits was the IgG4 subclass. ⺠Cocktail subunit antigens may improve the positive detection rate.
