Abstract
⺠Biltricide, Distocide, PZQ T3A showed higher dissolution than Epiquantel and Bilharzid. ⺠Biltricide, Distocide showed higher Cmax and AUC with higher efficacy vs S. mansoni. ⺠Bilharzid, Epiquantel showed lower t1/2e, Cmax, AUC and efficacy vs S. mansoni. and higher Kel. ⺠Quality of generic PZQ should include bioavailability, efficacy and physicochemical tests.
