Abstract
⺠MSP and CSP genes of Plasmodium vivax were co-expressed in E. coli. ⺠Molecular weight of chimeric recombinant protein has an about 25 kDa. ⺠It showed 94.78% of sensitivity in serodiagnosis of vivax malaria patients. ⺠It is able to induce an active immune response in BALB/c mice.
