Abstract
⺠The mean percentage of living Acanthamoeba spp. in Taiwanese thermal spring was 15%. ⺠The identified living Acanthamoeba genotypes in the thermal springs were T15, T4, and T2. ⺠Significant differences were found between the presence/absence of Acanthamoeba spp. and pH value.
