Abstract
⺠Fasciola gigantica EF-hand proteins FgCaBP1, FgCaBP3, and FgCaBP4 were analyzed. ⺠Calcium-binding of the recombinant FgCaBPs was demonstrated. ⺠Mice immunized with recombinant EF-hand domains showed significant IgE responses. ⺠ELISA indicated highest abundance of FgCaBP1 compared to FgCaBP3, FgCaBP4. ⺠IHC revealed FgCaBPs in tegument, digestive tract, and excretory system.
