Abstract
⺠We generated two panels of epitope-matched mouse IgGs anti-PfMSP119 and PyMSP119. ⺠All IgGs were confirmed to be of the correct subclass and bound to the antigens. ⺠IgG1 triggers PfMSP119-specific NADPH oxidase activation through FcγR cross-linking. ⺠Passive transfer of IgG1 anti-PfMSP119 did not protect mice from infection.
