Abstract
⺠A cDNA library of Cryptocaryon irritans trophonts was constructed. ⺠A gene CiSA-32.6 (GenBank ID: JF812643) was cloned and characterized. ⺠The non-universal genetic codes in gene CiSA-32.6 were modified. ⺠A truncated CiSA-32.6 was expressed successfully in Escherichia coli. ⺠The recombinant CiSA-32.6t protein was of antigenicity.
