Abstract
⺠We used immunosuppressed rats as experimental model for strongyloidiasis. ⺠We examine for the first time the immune complex detection for strongyloidiasis. ⺠Serum samples were used for antigen, antibody and immune complex detection. ⺠It was observed that antigen detection was not good approaches for diagnosis. ⺠The immune complex seems to be an alternative for early strongyloidiasis diagnosis.
