Abstract
⺠Mice vaccinated with GRA4 or ROP2 recombinant proteins plus ODN-CpG showed reduced brain parasite load. ⺠Both formulations induced a Th1-biased cellular response characterized by the production of IFN-γ. ⺠The adjuvant-vaccine combination elicited a strong humoral response with a Th1 profile.
