Abstract
⺠GST was purified from Oesophagostomum dentatum (porcine nodule worm). ⺠It was inhibited by sulphobromophthalein, indomethacin and ethacrynic acid. ⺠These substances also reversibly inhibit larval development in vitro. ⺠GST plays a vital role for nematode development, representing a potential drug target.
