Abstract
⺠Pennisetum ciliare infestations have doubled every 2-7 years since 1988. ⺠Climate variables did not predict spread rates. ⺠Minimum requirements are met almost every year for germination and reproduction. ⺠The invasive spread rate has been relatively constant since 1988.
