Abstract
- Bisphenol A (BPA) is an emerging pollutant that has attracted immense interest.
- Different types of organoclays were prepared from different types of surfactants.
- The loaded surfactants created hydrophobic phases via partitioning mechanism.
- Thus the organoclays were effective in removing BPA from aqueous solutions.
