Abstract
⺠We present one year of snowpit data of 11 trace elements at Mt. Nyainqêntanglha. ⺠There is a heterogeneous distribution of trace elements in the snow chemistry. ⺠Our study region is sensitive to anthropogenic emissions of trace elements. ⺠Caution is necessary when reconstructing atmospheric deposition of trace elements.
