Abstract
⺠PFCAs with up to 22 carbon atoms are present in snow and soil from a ski area. ⺠We observe a significant contamination of a remote environment with PFCAs. ⺠Ski waxes are the main source of contamination with PFCAs. ⺠PFCAs accumulate in surface soil over several years.
