Abstract
► Urinary pyrethroid metabolites among 481 infants were evaluated. ► Trans-DCCA levels were found in urine of 96.3% girls and 97.7% boys. ► Urinary metabolite levels were similar or slightly higher than in the US population. ► Significant differences were obtained among residence-related environment factors. ► Chinese infant population have widespread exposure to pyrethroid pesticides.
