Abstract
⺠Two copper mine soils were treated by planting trees and amending with wastes. ⺠The physical degradation of the untreated soils was considerable. ⺠The planted trees increased soil porosity in the mine soils. ⺠The added wastes increased MWD, WSA and SI due to their organic C content. ⺠To use both treatments is the best to improve the soil physical situation.
