Abstract
⺠Silica nanoparticles were exposed to lead polluted on-sites, making the work significant. ⺠This is the first study demonstrating silica nanoparticles can absorb atmospheric Pb. ⺠Silica nanoparticles have potential to serve as a significant lead adsorbent.
